Fun at the Fair

Looking at Riley now, you would have never believed she was sick. She is happy, healthy & strong. A week after we were discharged from the hospital, we took her to the Orange County Fair. (Doctors okayed taking her out.) We did avoid our usual stop at the barnyard with the pregnant pigs, piglets, chickens & other assorted farm animals. There was no need to for her to be around all that dirt, soil & germs (yes, I have become somewhat of a gremaphobe after this whole experience). We spent just a few hours there, & she seemed to really enjoy being outside again.
