Happy Halloween!

Tonight we had a great Halloween celebration at the Mills' house! We had 9 adults & 3 babies all in 1 living room. It was a full & joyful house. We had a great dinner. Megan made a delicious pumpkin soup. Jason set up a fall backdrop for pictures with the babies...if only it is that easy to get great pictures with babies. The 9 adults consisted of 6 parents & 3 grandparents all making sounds, wild hand movements, loud noises, jingling various toys & holding cameras to try & get the cutest pictures. I am a little sad - my camera seemed to have a red eye problem, so we all look a little demonic; but here are some fun family moments:

After a yummy dinner & picture time with the kids, the 3 moms did a craft project that turned out to be a lot of fun. The 3 of us made place mats out of pictures of our babies. Megan used to make these as a kid with her Grandmother. It was actually a lot of fun. I am a little intimidated by crafts, but this one was perfect for my level. We hope to make this a seasonal or yearly craft that grows with our families.
