In addition to what I wrote before, at 15 months, Riley:
- Could throw/bounce a ball
- Was learning to eat with a fork & spoon on her own
- Started imitating Mommy putting on lotion
- Learned "What's Up?" with a face nod
- Started making a crowd sound when we say "And the crowd goes crazy!"
- Started lifting her hands to show when she is "All Done!"
Now, at 16 months, Riley:
- Scribbles
- Eats pretty well with a fork & spoon
- Hands the fork/spoon back to you with her teeth
- Will grab a tissue, put it to her nose & pretend to blow her nose. She also will actually try to blow her nose when we put a tissue to her nose (when it really needs it).
- Says, "Bubble" (my new favorite word!) & "shoes"...although we are still working on "mama"
- Points to her belly button when asked where her "button is"
- She knows where her feet, head & nose are & loves pointing to your face as you tell her what each part is
- Sings along with Mommy when she sings
- Love to go down the slide!
- Has started the stage where she hides everything in interesting places...Mommy & Daddy are still learning her favorite hiding places
- Absolutely loves to climb...Everything!
