Double 2's...Almost 2!

Riley turned 22 month old last month (December). Here are her latest & greatest for December:

• She climbs up in her own high chair & knows she has to wash her hands before meal times.
• She also sits like a big girl at the table sometimes for lunch.
• Her vocabulary has exploded & she is constantly pointing out things she knows how to say whenever we take walks or drive around town.
• Before meals she folds her hands together & says “pray?” to remind us that we need to pray first.
• She likes to throw things away…mostly trash, but not always.
• She has taken a liking to baby dolls & will tell us “shh…baby sleeping.”
• She met Santa for a 2nd time. She was still a bit hesitant, but she did give him a high five.
• She loves to play with leaves.
• She enjoyed having a Christmas tree in the house & would often give it hugs & point out some of the different ornaments on the tree.
• She enjoys playing with the kitchen set in the church nursery (& is now super ecstatic about the one she got for Christmas).
