2 Months!

Kaylyn is 2 months already! She had quite a growth spurt around 6 weeks & she is now weighing in at 11lbs 13oz & measuring at 23.7 inches in length. She has had a busy month. She started smiling absolutely heart melting smiles & just recently, she started cooing too. She is taking a bottle well, which I am very thankful for, because I had to start back to work after she turned 6 weeks. Kaylyn had her first road trip & first nights away from home while visiting family in Fresno this past weekend. Overall she did really well for how young she is. She has also slept through the night 3 times...so we are hoping it will become a habit soon.

Riley is loving her baby sister & is really starting to enjoy hugging her & kissing her. She knows now that Kaylyn is part of the family & is not going anywhere. I am so thankful that she is embracing it. She even gives Kaylyn kisses on her head before she goes to bed.
