Kaylyn is 3 Months & Growing!!

Riley is super excited to have a little sister now! She is always wanting to introduce her to everyone & she is very protective of her. If someone calls Kaylyn by the wrong name, she will correct them & say, “no, that is baby sister Kaylyn.” Kaylyn also seems to adore Riley. When we are busy with chores or packing up to leave, Riley will go to Kaylyn while she is in the swing or the bouncer & talk to her & play with her. Kaylyn always smiles when Riley is giving her attention. She truly loves her big sis!

Riley was very excited to see Kaylyn wearing her 3 month onesie, because Riley is 3 too…3 years old that is. She kept saying “Riley is 3 & baby sister is 3!”

Kaylyn has grown so much in the past month. She smiles & laughs often, started blowing bubbles & occasionally throws in some adorable cooing. She seems to be just so full of joy. She has discovered her hands & enjoys sucking on them. She started reaching for objects & playing with the rattles that hang from her car seat & her bouncer. People often comment on how aware she is. She enjoys watching Daddy working outside in the garden, Riley playing, & Mommy cooking.

We are excited to see what her 4^th month has in store for her!
