Here is Kaylyn’s Latest & Greatest 9 month update!
She…
- Measured 26 inches in length & weighed 18.2 lbs at her 9 month visit
- Says “Ma Ma” & “Da Da” a lot & seems to direct them to the right person
- Enjoys babbling & is especially cute when she says, “ticka, ticka, ticka”
- Will clap when you say, "yeah!"
- Learned how to say “more please” in her own little signing way
- Loves to feed herself & is not as interested in being fed anymore
- Has a love of exploring – toys, outside, around the house
- Is mobile now! Yes, she is a crawler! Everybody watch out…Kaylyn is on the loose!
- Enjoys getting you to shake your head by shaking her own. She gets the biggest kick out of it, laughing the whole time.
- Rode the Segway with Daddy, in the backpack of course.
- Enjoys playing with people’s hair (especially poor Riley’s) & loves necklaces!
- Won the Biggest Trooper award while in Zion for being taken all over with & without naps & being all smiles…most of the time.
- Went hiking in the rain…in Zion! In her short little life, she has now been to Fresno, Las Vegas, Big Bear & Zion! What a little traveler we have.
- In Zion, she happily hiked along with us in the rainy, red rock mountains of Zion (in a garbage bag covered stroller).
