Family Fun & Togetherness

Saturday in Scotland was a nice relaxing day. Aaron & Jason enjoyed a short round of golf that morning; which is no simple feat. They had to arrange to borrow golf clubs, then figure out how to get over to the person's house they were borrowing them from & then travel to & from the golf course with the clubs using cabs, Underground, buses, walking, etc. Megan & I had a nice walk into a different part of town to shop for groceries & goodies for us to bring back. All day we were eagerly awaiting to see Grandma & Grandpa Mills who arrived late that evening.

On Sunday, we had a great breakfast in the morning with the family, but Jason had to stay home sick.

After Sunday breakfast, we walked to the lawn bowling field for the last bowl of the season. I finally learned how to play! It was fun & I scored all the points in the 2nd round before leaving early to take Riley back home for food & a nap.

Whoa, that's a big ball Mom!

The Grandparents treated us to a date night with Jason & Megan, while they stayed back & took care of our babies. We had a lot of fun on our night out, grabbing appetizers & drinks & then we went & saw Transformers on IMAX. We took a taxi over & had to take a picture of this. The cab driver's seat was leaned back so far that Megan's knees dug into his seat.

You may have needed to been there to realize how ridiculous it was, but believe me, it was crazy.
